We had windows installed on our house. The level of customer satisfaction we experienced is unmatched. From sales, (Chris Norcross was very knowledgeable, thorough and enthusiastic), to service and installation. Every person we dealt with was professional and friendly. The quality of the product speaks for itself. We are so glad we chose Comfort. We give this company 5 stars!
Deck Upgrade
We were so impressed with the crew that came to replace and enlarge our back deck this July. The four person crew was here for 9 days working in the heat of summer only breaking for lunch. The work ethic and professionalism was evident. Because we are retired, we got to see first hand how the entire project was completed from beginning to end. The crew was very meticulous about building it right, which with a house built in the 1800s makes for some unique challenges, but they worked through it all and gave us a beautiful new deck that will last for years! We got to know all the crew by name as they were very courteous and kept us informed as to how the project was progressing, answering our questions and getting feedback from us when needed. I would just like to thank them again (Jeremy, Gordon, Tim, Macy, and back up Adam) for doing such an outstanding job for us, we LOVE our new deck!!
Amazing Experience
We had an exterior door and two additional doors installed by Comfort. Hector, Ronald and Eric were AMAZING!!! They were so professional, experienced and clean( vacuumed up as they worked and wiped everything down) They showed me each step they did and made sure I was aware of what they were doing. The attention to detail, precision and need to make their work right was like no other I have experienced before. Hector, Ronald and Eric take such pride in their work. Absolutely exceptional. Exceeded our expectations. A big thank you!

I don't usually write reviews , but we were very impressed with our salesman Gene Ake, very friendly, makes you feel comfortable, and definitely knows what he's talking about when it comes to the products he's selling!!! we decided to get a roof and a walk in shower !!! we were very pleased and satisfied with what he sold us !!!! We would recommend Gene Ake if you're considering using this company.
Couldn’t be happier!
We had all 11 windows installed our home replaced yesterday and today and couldn’t be happier. We actually had Comfort replace our front door last year. Products are high quality, service is excellent and installers are great! Our installers, Narshay and Scott were hard workers, neat and professional. Excellent service
The workers Jamel and Antonio were extremely courteous. The installation of the storm and entry door were perfect. The job site was cleaned completely. They went over everything when job completed. Above 5 stars for these workers!

This week during the extended hot spell we had five windows installed by comfort.. Sam and Jerry did an excellent, professional job They were clean, quiet and friendly We couldn't be. Be happier with the installation And the quality of our new windows!

Great, our installer Matt, was unbelievably amazing. He worked in the sweltering heat and humidity NON STOP by himself. Comfort Windows is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. The work done is perfect. Thank you for the home improvement done.
Service Tech Josh and Customer Service
My wife and I give Comfort Windows our highest recommendation. We had all of our windows replaced in January 2025. When we noticed that some of the windows were opening hard we contacted Customer Service. They set up an appointment to come out and fix them. During our appointment today we were met by Service Tech Josh. He is phenomenal, friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and ensured every window worked as expected. You cannot go wrong with Comfort.
