Patio Door and Bathroom casement window
First I'd like to thank Gary an Eric our installers. These guys were true craftsmen. The installation went smooth, the quality of the windows is excellent I especially like the casement window operation perfect. Everyone from our salesman, to our contact people Heather and Mariah, to Gary and Eric were all very friendly and professional. So refreshing having contractors show up and do such a professional job, Definitely doing more windows very soon!!
Walk in tub
I cannot praise the installers enough on this project. They installed a walk in shower in my 96 year old mother’s bathroom all in one day. Due to the snow storm they only had one day to do the entire system. They were very considerate of my mother’s choices and comfort during installation. Their work was impeccable; the shower is beautiful and provides her and her caregiver with ease and safety in her home; and they left the bathroom in pristine condition. I highly recommend these installers.
Great entry door replacement
As is usually the case, no project is without its surprises. My 42 year old entry door was no exception. But Gary was a trooper and figured out a way to install the door and storm door in a professional manner. He and Eric worked hard on a beautiful day that suddenly got windy and rainy. I was glad the door was installed before the temperature drop. Both Gary and Eric did a beautiful installation job, cleaned up thoroughly and were friendly and considerate. I’m very happy with the results of the project.
Spectacular job!
Comfort Windows put siding on our house, a 1922 Craftsman style home in Ithaca, NY. Everyone involved in this project was superb. John in sales helped us pick out the right product for our home. Steve, who managed the project, was informative and helpful. The crew who installed the siding were fantastic, focused and efficient. Everyone at the company was extremely helpful and courteous. Embarking on major renovations is always expensive, and the attitude of the company can be almost as important as the actual work itself. Comfort ensures that the job is don right. We also had a door installed by a different team, and a wire from our heat pumps was left exposed (this was not a major problem and it wasn't dangerous, just an aesthetic issue). That was fixed immediately, as soon as we told them about the problem. You can trust Comfort Windows. We are very happy with their work and their workers.

Josh Guise
We very much wanted to let you know that we appreciated the craftsmanship, professionalism and courtesy of Josh Guise when he came to fix our sliding doors. He was able to fix the problems that had stymied others and, instead of having to wait yet another 6-8 weeks for a whole new replacement frame, we have the door we had hoped for when it was installed in July. Thank you, Josh!!!
Shower Install
Last week we had Comfort do a shower install. The entire process from scheduling an estimate to completion of the project was very professional and efficiently handled. The estimate process handled by Mark was very professional. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and he was able to provide us with options, some of which we were not considering. A very friendly and open discussion without any sales push. Mark then met us at the store to show us what we were considering and again, offered some options. Once we signed the contract, Mark along with the gentleman (forgot his name) that takes the final measurements came to the house and provided an estimate in terms of when the job would start and how long it would take which worked out to what they said. The Install Group (Shawn, Tony and Dylan) again were very Friendly, courteous, professional and experienced. They took the time to review what they were going to do to ensure it was what we wanted. At various times during the process they would ask us questions, like where we would like the shelving, etc. Every day after their work was done they thoroughly cleaned up. A very positive experience from start to finish.

Very professional and experienced
Last week we had a walk in shower installed. The installers (Dave, Jarod and Sam) did an excellent job and were extremely professional. The old tub was removed and the new shower was installed without any issues and they cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have known what was done. I highly recommend Comfort for anything and would definitely use them again.
