COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS is looking to hire CREW LEADERS for our Replacement Window division in Rochester, NY.

Proven experience in the replacement window industry will get you immediate consideration!

Responsibilities

• Solid experience in construction, specifically with carpenter skills
• Expert window/door/trim installation techniques
• Skilled usage of a brake to do a variety of metal bends
• Leadership of up to 3-person crews
• Ability to train crew members on the job
• Point of contact for interaction with the customer
• Understanding of job orders and assignment of tasks within the crew
