  • You may also qualify for a Low Interest loan through Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®.
A Comfort Home Improvement Co. customer service representative can explain all of your financing options during a FREE In-Home consultation.

If Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®  is available in your area, an accredited organization will perform a top to bottom energy inspection of your home. They will determine the cause of any problems you may be experiencing (cold rooms, ice dams, damp basement, moisture on windows, etc.) and help you gauge your home's energy efficiency and durability. As part of the inspection, your contractor should also make sure your gas or oil appliances are venting properly.

Following the inspection, your accredited organization will recommend improvements. These may include measures such as: air-sealing and duct-sealing, adding insulation, installation of energy efficient lighting, and if needed, new HVAC equipment or windows. The best solution for most homes often includes a combination of several improvements.
