What is an energy audit?
An energy audit (or a comprehensive home assessment) is a physical for your home. High Efficiency Measure Incentive (HEMI) The Homeowner Financing Incentive is a rebate that pays you 10% back on any job up to $3,000. To clarify, this means that as long as 10% of your job cost is less than $3,000 you may be eligible for this incentive. This rebate cannot be combined with the Assisted Home Performance Incentive.		Assisted Home Performance Incentive Assisted Home Performance is a subsidy for which you must be income eligible. NYSERDA pays half of the contract value up to $5,000.
